Visit didn't happen

NO INFORMATION AT ALL

On board flight SK756, we were NOT informed of the delay, its duration, or that ground staff and aircraft had been informed of our delay. I ran through the airport as a transit passenger, and SAS sold me a connecting ticket, hoping I'd make the other flight. The SAS employee was arrogant and rude, offering no additional information or explanation. She simply told me to leave because boarding was closed, without providing any details about what I should do. The SAS employee at the transfer center rebooked my flight, but it was with a different airline, not SAS. I asked about compensation for the incident: a complete lack of information from the flight attendants (previously, flight attendants informed transit passengers which gates they should go to immediately after landing) – this time, there was not even acknowledgment of the fact that we were late, HOW MUCH?, or that we were on a DIFFERENT flight. I received a voucher to use at the airport, which was probably intended to humiliate me – when I tried to buy a coffee, it turned out it had expired the previous day. As a passenger, I was left without information, brushed aside by SAS employees, who should have informed passengers.
